Terms Of Service
Due to school and other real life obligations, commissions will take some time to complete, especially on more complex pieces. I will also take breaks from certain projects to work on other things in order to prevent burnout for myself. Please understand I am human, and that I have a lot of other projects + things besides commissions!

Payment
Once a commission order is confirmed, clients will pay upfront. Clients will also need to show proof of payment via a screenshot (or screen recording) of the transaction.Commercial Usage
Commercial Usage includes: Prints, Merchandise, and Advertisements, and generally any product created for the intent of being monetized.
The base mark up price for commercial usage is +15%, but it may increase depending on the purpose of commercial usage.
NFTs are not allowed.Refusal
I have the right to refuse any commission I'm uncomfortable with or feel like I do not have the ability of being able to do.Attitude
Please be respectful of my time and my work. If you are disrespectful towards me, treat me in a derogatory manner, or attempt to scam me out of my work, I will decline your commission and return the money if I was already paid.Revisions
I allow 3 revisions during the sketching phase, any more will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity. I will not do revisions after the sketching phase.Posting
I will ask for your permission to post the commission to my socials.Refunds
Refunds are allowed if the commission has not been yet started. If the commission has already been started, however, if either you or I decide we cannot work together and cancel the commission, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. Please be sure of your commission.References
I require reference images or at least a detailed description or an image board in order to be able to visualize and realize your vision for the commission. It helps a lot!

If there is an extra character added, the price will be marked up by +10 USD.
Depending on the complexity of the commission, the price may vary.

Once an order has been confirmed, I will message you back and we can start discussing the details. Once everything has been approved, payment will be given via PayPal or as a Robux Gift Card and I will begin work on your commission. Depending on how much time I have and how many orders I already have, there may be a long wait period before your commission is completed. I will always prioritize those who commissioned me first, but I may finish your commission quicker if it is much simpler.Updates will be sent everytime significant progress is made on the commission, or if I run into a scheduling conflict that will prevent me from working on the commission for an extended period of time.
